We made it, and we are in Tokyo.  It's currently 6:20am Friday here.  The plan landed, the group we are with met up for bags and money exchange, we nibbled in Narita airport, and then bussed to the lovely Shinagawa Prince Hotel.  Our bodies and brains gave up at about 8pm, and we crashed hard.  Hoping we're mostly adjusted and can make today a normal day.

Not much to report just yet, as "Day 0" really constitutes the lost day from traveling.  Today begins Day 1, and aiming to reserve enough time and energy every day to report words and pictures.

Off to breakfast and to hit the magical city of lights and symbols.
