All packed up.  Off to JFK shortly.  Looks like clear skies and little significant turbulence until we hit LAX.

Tested Ambien last night (for potential trans-Pacific use); some success, I suppose.  The kittehs spent last night being very, very sad (they're acutely aware of what luggage means), so we're just deluging them with treats as an apology.  Hate hate hate leaving them, but it beckons...
